The Tutu Factory website is hosted on the shopify.com. Shopify provides us with the online platform that allows us to advertise and sell our products to you. Your data may be stored through shopify.com's data storage, databases and the general Shopify applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Information collection is necessary to provide you our services .
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies, such as the Royal Mail, UPS, etc and payment processing gateways. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
We use your personal information for processing payments through a secure third party. We use Stripe and/or PayPal to securely manage all our payments. All direct payment gateways offered by shopify.com and used by our company that adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI security standards council, which is a joint effort of trusted brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit/debit card information by our store and it's service providers. Your payment information is temporarily retained by the secure payment gateways to enable us to provide a refund should this be necessary. We do not ever store your payment details.
