I WANT TO ORDER. WHEN WILL I RECIEVE IT?
All of our items are hand made to order, especially for you. That's why you get to choose your sizes, lengths, colours, etc.
Don't forget, you can always add the Rush Fee to make your order a priority. But don't worry, if you add it and we don't think you need to pay it... we'll refund it! We only charge the Rush Fee if we really, really have to. If we aren't super busy and can squeeze you in we won't charge a rush!
I NEED HELP WITH SIZES. WHAT SIZE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
We have a helpful size guide here in our Tutu Info section. This will give you a general idea of what size fits a REG, PLUS or Plus EXTRA as well as covering international sizes too.
By comparing this guide with your own size and waist measurements, you should get a good idea of which size will be better for you.
Feel free to simply add your dress size and we can also work with that.
Our waistbands are elasticated so your tutu will have some additional stretch.
WHAT TUTU LENGTH SHOULD I HAVE?
It is hard for us to tell you what length you need as everyone is different. Someone at 5'6 might have longer legs than another person of the same height who is longer in the body. So the same length tutu will look differently on each person.
If you want to make sure that ou get the perfect length then you can always measure yourself. We advise to measure from where you would wear the waistband. Think about it, do you want it on your waist? Low on the hips? Then go from there.
Don't forget, if you have big hips/bum that will make your tutu stick OUT before going DOWN which will shorten the final length. Sometimes it is better for it to be a little too long than too short.
DO YOUR WAISTBANDS TIE? DO THEY HAVE A ZIP?
No. Our waistbands are elasticated all the way around, no ties or zips to be found. All of our tutus are hand sewn and finished with an elastic trim.
We do not make the popular American style hand tied tutus. We find these fit people much better and obviously, stay together without any gaps.
CAN I ADD LIGHTS TO MY BABY TUTU?
Your child's safety is our main priority. We do not add lights to tutus for children under the age of 6 years due to health and safety reasons. The lights are on a wire, which could prove dangerous if unravelled from the tutu and also, the battery packs require 3xAA batteries which are not only unsafe for babies but also rather heavy.
We still advise all 6 Years and above children to be constantly supervised by an adult whilst wearing a light up tutu.
We do not send out lights for you to add to your toddler's tutu.
WHAT IS A BUSTLE?
A bustle is like a tail/train on the back of your tutu and longer in length than the front. This can turn your tutu in to a High and Low tutu in a way.
It's very burlesque! Great for hen nights!

We love working with your ideas. Please take note of the styles and designs we already do. Simply get in touch with your ideas, any photos for inspiration as well as preferred tutu style, colours, size and length.
The more information you include the quicker we will be able to get back to you with a quote.
We will not recreate a copy of a tutu you found on Etsy in the US.

We give a 10% Group Discount when you order 5 or more items in one transaction.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED? CAN I COLLECT?
We are based in Nottinghamshire in England.
We do not accept collections due to constant late arrivals/no shows.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?
At the moment we are only an online store as we work from our home. But who knows what the future may hold for us?
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations must be made in writing as soon as possible through the website, or via direct email to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order details (date order was placed, name the order was placed under and name of tutu, etc).
If your order has already been dispatched we will unfortunately be unable to cancel your order. Please take into account our opening times when getting in touch about your cancellation as we do not monitor emails over the weekend. Orders cancelled in this way are governed by Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014)
The same goes with changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible via email, so we don't waste time making up an order that you've changed.
WHY DO I NEED TO PAY A RUSH FEE?
Our bespoke tutus are in high demand so sometimes our current turnaround may mean that we are unable to get your order out in time for your event.
If you need your order with you ASAP then you can add the Rush Fee to make your order a priority to be dispatched as soon as possible.
The Rush Fee covers for ourselves working out of hours to complete your order or if we have to go out and purchase fabrics and such for your order instead of waiting for it to be delivered.
To avoid paying the Rush Fee we'd advise to order your item as soon as you can to avoid any disappointment and additional costs.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We sure do! We ship to all countries. Check out our Deliveries section to find shipping time estimates.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED? WHAT CAN I DO?
Oh no! Unfortunately, sometimes this does happen but we will do our best to try and resolve the situation.
Double check with us that it has been sent and that we have the correct address. You will receive a dispatch notification once it has been marked dispatched on our end.
Have you checked at your local Post Office? Sometimes they forget to leave an attempted delivery card.
We will then see if we can track it down for you.
